Talk about a time where you invested a lot into something and it paid off. What kinds of things have you practiced and gotten better at over the years, for better or worse?
Finding some joy in your work. Describe and/or draw a recent experience with joy you’ve had. Are there any shifts you could make to find more joy in what you do?
What's grabbing your attention? Talk about the part of your work that keeps pulling you in. If this is not happening for you, what are you paying attention to lately and how could you incorporate it into what you're doing now?
Ask WHAT IF…? What have you wanted to try in your project that hasn’t happened yet?
